About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to lead the planning, organization, design, development, and execution of events from initial concept through to post-event evaluation. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, operational excellence, and a sales-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will not only manage end-to-end event logistics—budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site operations—but will also focus on generating high-quality leads and driving measurable business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every event supports broader organizational goals, including brand growth, revenue generation, customer engagement, and market expansion. By aligning event strategies with business priorities, you will help deliver seamless attendee experiences while continuously evaluating outcomes to optimize future initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute an annual event calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Conceptualize event themes, formats, and experiences to attract target audiences and maximize engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify relevant industry events, partnerships, and opportunities for participation.
End-to-End Event Execution
- Manage all aspects of event planning including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, AV, staffing, and timelines.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure seamless operations and excellent attendee experience.
- Coordinate with creative teams for event branding, promotional assets, and communication materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements for all events.
Sales Lead Generation & Performance
- Set lead-generation targets for each event and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define ideal customer profiles and target segments for event attendance.
- Implement lead capture tools, technology platforms, and engagement activities to generate high-quality leads.
- Track ROI, monitor KPIs, and produce post-event reports measuring lead conversion, attendance, cost per lead, and overall impact.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, operations, and leadership to align event objectives.
- Manage external vendors (venues, agencies, production, catering, logistics, etc.) to deliver events on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, sponsors, partners, and exhibitors.
Promotion & Audience Engagement
- Work with marketing teams to develop event promotion plans across email, social media, paid ads, and PR.
- Create engaging pre-event and post-event communication journeys to drive attendance and nurture leads.
- Oversee registration management, attendee tracking, and on-site engagement activities such as demos, contests, and networking sessions.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in event management, marketing, or sales-focused roles.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation through B2B/B2C events.
