This is very close to Sama.Ai's philosophy — it wishes to stand along side and support people who have been dealt with a raw deal in the society and in the current economic structure. Sama.Ai advocates providing equal opportunities for such people, viz., career returners, career switchers, veterans, and ex-service personnel.
