Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Incubation Manager to lead and scale our incubation initiatives. This role is pivotal in shepherding early-stage startups through ideation to execution, aligning program strategy with organizational goals, and grounding interventions in data-driven metrics. You will foster innovation, mentor entrepreneurs, and ensure measurable progress, all while strengthening Infopace's vision of strategic transformation.
Key Responsibilities (Metrics-Driven)
Incubation Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement incubation frameworks with clearly defined SMART objectives (e.g., number of startups onboarded, demo days conducted, cohort graduation rates).
- Track and report progress metrics: participation rate, startup retention, and milestone achievement timelines (e.g., prototype development within 12 weeks).
Mentorship & Growth Enablement
- Deliver mentorship with measurable impact (e.g., increase in startup revenue, customer acquisition, or investor interest by X%).
- Monitor startup performance via key indicators such as monthly revenue growth rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), burn rate, and runway extension.
Market Research & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities, reporting on findings such as emerging verticals, competitive gaps, or partnership potential.
- Set goals like identifying X new verticals or securing Y pilot partners per quarter.
Ecosystem Building & Resource Coordination
- Curate and deliver workshops, events, and network sessions—tracked via metrics such as attendance numbers, satisfaction scores, and partnerships formed.
- Measure engagement by tracking mentor startup interaction frequency and follow-up commitments.
Startup Evaluation & Feedback
- Develop and manage evaluation frameworks encompassing input, output, and outcome metrics (e.g., mentoring hours, prototypes delivered, post-incubation survival/growth rates).
- Conduct periodic reviews using dashboards to assess progress and pivot interventions where needed.
Cross-Stakeholder Collaboration
- Leverage internal and external stakeholder capabilities, measured by resource utilization rate and co-delivered initiatives.
- Align incubation outcomes with company goals—track contributions to strategic transformation projects.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide regular metric-focused reports (e.g., monthly cohort dashboards, quarterly impact summaries).
- Iterate on program design based on quantitative outcomes—e.g., shorten "time-to-market" for successful startups.
